Located in the heart of downtown Boise this project provides affordable housing in an area surrounded by some of the most expensive apartment offerings in Idaho.  This multi-story development is scheduled to open in 2022.  This 50 unit apartment project will provide a mix of studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom units.  Galena was involved in the securing of low-income housing tax credits to help with the development of the site to construct units for low- and moderate-income families.  Each unit offers a fully equipped kitchen.  The property offers multiple amenities including a community area and playground.
