Sunridge Apartments – Fremont, NE

The Sunridge Apartments are a four-building, 39 unit affordable housing project currently under construction with an expected occupancy in 2021.  Located near the city water park, schools, local trails and an academic center the site has many nearby amenities.  Galena was involved in the securing of low-income housing tax credits to help with the development of the site for low-income and moderate-income families.  Each unit offers a balcony/patio, central air and heating, a fully equipped kitchen, pantries, and a washer and dryer.  The site has many amenities including a picnic and area with bbq, a playground, community center, and a community garden.
