Tacoma Town Center Buildings 3 & 4 – Tacoma, WA
Tacoma Town Center is an expansive redevelopment project located across multiple city blocks in Tacoma’s urban core. The multistory, mixed use development has been designed to take advantage of the views of Tacoma’s burgeoning Brewery and Museum District, Mount Rainier, and the downtown landscape. The project features specialty retail, office, and multifamily housing. It is also located adjacent to the University of Washington’s Tacoma satellite campus.
Buildings 3 & 4 are in the middle of the development and will begin first. This phase has 223 residential units and 18,500sf of commercial space.
