Cleveland Square – Caldwell, ID

Located in downtown Caldwell Cleveland square is a partnership between Galena and Terry Reilly Health Services.  This four-story project has residential units on floors two through four and a medical clinic on the first floor.  Opened in 2020 the $8.8 million, 50-unit apartment project was developed to help meet the senior housing demand in Caldwell.   Galena secured low-income housing tax credits to help with the development of the site to construct units for low- and moderate-income seniors.  Cleveland Square consists of studio, one bedroom, and two-bedroom units.   Each unit comes equipped with washers and dryers, fully equipped kitchens, and central heat/AC.  The apartment complex has an activity room, a computer lab, a meeting room, and an outdoor plaza.  The project has been a success with a waiting list existing for units prior to completion.
