Moon Valley Townhouses – Star, ID

Centrally located in Star, ID this housing project was selected as a finalist in 2018 as one of Idaho Business Review’s top projects.  This development consists of 73 units spread out over thirteen buildings spread out over garden style walkup townhouses.  Opened in 2017 this project consists of one bedroom, two bedroom, and three bedroom townhomes.  Galena secured low-income housing tax credits to help with the development of half of the site to construct units for low- and moderate-income residents.  Each unit comes equipped with central heat/AC, fully equipped kitchens, and washer and dryers.  Townhome home residents benefit from carports, a community center, a fully equipped exercise room, and a computer lab.  The project has been a success with a waiting list existing for units prior to completion.
