Sky Ridge Apartments – Nampa, ID

Located adjacent to a city park, rec center, senior center, and medical campus the Sky Ridge residences provide multiple amenities to seniors living in Nampa.  Opened in 2020 the $7.1 million, 70 unit, single-story apartment project was well placed into the community it serves.  Galena secured low-income housing tax credits to help with the development of the site to construct units for low- and moderate-income seniors.  Sky Ridge consists of studio, one bedroom, and two-bedroom units.   Each unit comes equipped with washers and dryers, fully equipped kitchens, and central heat/AC.  The apartment complex has an activity room, a computer lab, a meeting room, picnic areas, garden planters, and a playground.  The project has been a success with a waiting list existing for units prior to completion.
